Couple looking for an apartment

I need a place to move with my wife in Gerlingen area or near neighborhoods.
Both non smokers and we don´t have children or pets.
Furnished apartment is a plus. Kitchen is a must
We are both from foreigners and just moved to Germany in December 2016.
Actually, we are living in a apartment borrowed from my boss.
The maximum rent that we can afford is 850 euros.
We are intending to move as soon as possible, so if you apartment is free, we can arrange a visit right away!
One or two rooms will be enough for us. Also, we really appreciate balconies.
