Auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung ab Oktober

My name is Tim, I’m 26 years old, and I’m looking for a fully furnished apartment (or maybe a room in a shared apartment) to rent in Görlitz on a monthly basis from the end of September.

A little bit about me: I am from England and I’ve just finished my PhD in Physics. I’m moving to Görlitz to start a job at CASUS, a scientific research institute, at the start of October. I would describe myself as a considerate and sociable person. In my free time, I like to cook, play tennis, go running, have a glass of wine with friends, and watch TV.

Since I don’t know the area I would prefer to find somewhere with a flexible rental contract (no more than 3 months minimum term) so that I can get to know Görlitz before committing to something. Perhaps I would stay longer if the place is right for me! My key requirements are to find a furnished flat which is quiet at night. Preferably, I'm looking for my own apartment, but I’m happy to consider a shared flat with like-minded people.
