Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat viel Tageslicht. Im Haus wohnen 4 Parteien insgesamt. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett.
Aktuell ist die Wohnung voll möbliert. Nur ein Kühlschrank würde fehlen.

There is also a balcony and a room in the basement, as well as a garage for car / bycicle.

Die Wohnung liegt in Grone Nord in der Nähe von Proffen und dem Bürgerhaus, direkt neben der Feuerwehr.
Die hört man aber auch nicht so häufig.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, mit vielen Familien und Rentnern. Zu Fuß kommt man schnell zu Supermärkten, Hausarzt, Bäcker und Fleischer, sowie Spielplatz und zum Schützenfest.
Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten auf der Autobahn.
Buslinien 41 und 42 fahren ungefähr 4x die Stunde.

The flat is in Göttingen Grone Nord, next to the fire department. The siren will rarely ring (every first Saturday I think and emergencies like 1 time per 3 months if at all).
It is a calm area with a lot of elderly people and families.
There are also doctors nearby and some super markets, as well as a playground.
Bakery and butcher are also nearby and sometimes some small festivals take place nearby.
With the car you can be on the motor way within 5 minutes.
Bus lines 41 and 42 drive like 4 times per hour.

Da ich im Januar nach Japan auswandere und nicht einfach alle Sachen wegschmeißen möchte, suche ich auf diesem Wege nach ein oder mehreren Nachmietern, die die Wohnung mit samt Möbeln übernehmen.
Ich möchte auch kein Geld dafür haben. Hauptsache die Sachen kommen in gute Hände und mir wird damit Arbeit erspart.
Meinen Kater (10 Jahre alt, Freigänger, kein Kuschelkater.. :( ) würde ich auch gern in der Wohnung lassen und nicht ins Tierheim bringen, wenn möglich. Leider hatte sich niemand gefunden ihn zu übernehmen.
Voraussetzung ist natürlich, dass man mit Tieren umgehen kann und verantwortungsbewusst damit umgeht und auch Urlaubsvertretungen hat.
Den Kater zu übernehmen ist kein Muss, aber es wäre sehr schön, wenn er in vertrauter Umgebung bleiben könnte.
Die Miete und Nebenkosten basieren auf meinen aktuellen Werten. Da ich nicht der Vermieter bin, weiß ich nicht, ob die Vermieter eine Mieterhöhung ansetzen werden. Also am besten mit ein bisschen mehr rechnen.

Since I will leave Germany to go to Japan in January and I don't want to throw away all my stuff, I am looking for someone to take over the flat with all the furniture.
I don't want to get any money for that. I just want to not throw away everything and reduce the amount of time I need to spend on getting rid of everything.
Living with me was my cat (10 years old, male, going outside frequently, no cuddle-pet :( ). I would love for him to stay in the known environment rather than bringing him to an animal shelter. But that is not a must for you.
Of course it would only be possible if you like pets, are responsible and also have someone to care of him in times of longer absence.
The rent and additional costs is based on what I am paying at the moment. Since I am not the owner / landlord, I don't know if there would be an increase in rent after moving out. So please calculate with a bit more.
