Wir vermieten unsere 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung im 1. Stock am Gsteinweg im Klosters. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert. Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine, Bad mit Badewanne.
Nebenkosten u. Strom sind in der Miete inkludiert.
Kleine Abstellkammer in Wohnung ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ski etc. kann man in der Garage abstellen.
Bergbahn (Gotschna) ca. 3 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenfalls Bahnhof und Supermarkt, Post, Bus, etc.
Grosser Balkon, tolle Aussicht von Wohnzimmer und Küche auf die Bergwelt von Klosters.
Im Sommer wie im Winter ist die Wohnung super schön.
Perfekt für WG oder Pärchen oder auch alleine.
Da alles vorhanden ist, braucht man nichts mitzunehmen, ausser ein paar Küchengerätschaften wie Besteck und Töpfe.
Sehr nette Nachbarn sind auch vorhanden.
