We are two Spanish guys working in Graz for 6 months already and we are looking for a private flat close to the city center by bike (and preferably also well connected with public transport) that is furnished as much as possible (we are ok with main furnitures). We are sociable and respectful and we don't give problems to our neighbors. Moving in date would be late July and moving out (in principle) late January 2025.
