My beautiful and fully furnished two-room apartment in Ottensen/Altona is available for rent from June 6, 2025, to July 10, 2025.
The apartment features large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a spacious balcony perfect for enjoying sunny mornings. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, WLAN, and a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable.
Conveniently located on Schmarjestraße, the apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Altona station, one of Hamburg's major transport hubs, and 7 minutes to S-Bahn Königstraße. You’ll find Ikea, TK Maxx, Rewe, Rossmann, Lidl, and a variety of markets, bars, and restaurants within 600 meters. The Altonaer Balkon, the Elbe, and several green spaces are also just a short walk away.
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the apartment will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and should be returned in the same condition. I kindly request that renters respect the space and take good care of it during their stay.
Additionally, the apartment has a few lovely indoor plants, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could water them occasionally during your stay.

The total rent for this period is €1,200, with an additional €200 caution deposit required in advance. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided no damages occur. If there is any damage to the property or its contents, or if the flat is not returned in clean condition, the cost of repairs or cleaning (€50) will be deducted from the deposit.
The apartment will not come fully equipped with towels, and basic cleaning supplies, so you should take care of it.
