Grundsäztlich gilt folgendes, ich werde aber die nächsten Monate so gut, wie nie da sein, weswegen Du die Wohnung für Dich alleine haben wirst:
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und ist Teil einer 68 qm großen Wohnung inkl. geräumiger gemeinsam genutzter Küche und zwei Bädern, die ebenfalls gemeinsam genutzt werden (Toilette und Dusche/Badewanne getrennt).
Vom Zimmerfenster aus schaut man zum Teil ins Grüne und sieht aufgrund der leicht erhöhten Lage gelegentlich den Sonnenaufgang. Innen am Zimmerfenster befindet sich bereits ein Rollo mit Schienen, sodass sich das Zimmer zum Schlafen nahezu vollständig abdunkeln lässt.
Ein Fahrradkeller und Wäschekeller sind jeweils mit nutzbar.
Das Zimmer und alle andere Räume der Wohnung sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet, sodass so gut wie nie Mücken oder ähnliches in die Wohnung finden.
Das Zimmer kann möbliert vermietet werden.

Basically, the following applies, but I will hardly ever be there for the next months, which is why you will have the apartment to yourself:
In case that you only speak English, that's also fine for me, but it should be decent.
The room for rent is 13 sqm in size and is part of a 68 sqm apartment incl. spacious shared kitchen and two bathrooms, which are also shared (toilet and shower/bathtub separately).
From window of the respective room, you look partly into the greenery and occasionally see the sunrise due to the slightly elevated position. On the inside of the room's window is already a roller blind with rails, so that the room can be almost completely darkened for sleeping.
A bicycle cellar and laundry cellar can be used.
The room and all other rooms of the apartment are equipped with fly screens, so that as good as never mosquitoes or the like find their way into the apartment.
The room is furnished.
- Airbusnähe (10 min bis Teufelsbrück mit Bus oder Rad)
- Fußläufig in direkter Nähe: Elbe Einkaufszentrum, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Post, Packstationen, Penny, Döner, Friseur, Arzt, Apotheke, ATU
- Direkte und gute Busanbindung: 21, 16, 1, 22
- S1 (Othmarschen und klein Flottbek) 5 min mit dem Rad oder Bus entfernt, von dort aus in 8 min in Altona
- Zwei Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe, grün direkt vor der Haustür, großer zur Wohnanlage gehöriger Garten
- Parkplätze genug vorhanden (an der Straße und zur Wohnanlage gehörend)
- A7 5 Auto-Minuten entfernt
