Ich vermiete meine zentral gelegene und dennoch ruhige Wohnung im Reiherstiegviertel (Wilhelmsburg) .
Gesucht wird eine zuverlässige Person oder ein Paar (WG eher ungeeignet aufgrund der Aufteilung in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer).

Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang November bis Ende März verfügbar. Sie ist hell, gemütlich und minimalistisch möbliert. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160x200 cm Bett (Tatami-Matten & Futon) und einen Kleiderschrank. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer bietet viel Raum, eine kleine Leseecke sowie einen großen Ess-/Schreibtisch. Zusätzlich gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Zugang zum Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und Regendusche. Alles ist freundlich, hell und behaglich eingerichtet.

Aktuell werden Sanierungsarbeiten rund um das Haus durchgeführt, wodurch ein Baugerüst die Lichtverhältnisse beeinträchtigt und den Balkon unzugänglich macht. Die Arbeiten befinden sich jedoch in der finalen Phase, und die Hausverwaltung rechnet mit einem Abbau ab Mitte-Ende November. Akustisch sind die Arbeiten nicht mehr beieinträchtigend.

I am renting out my centrally located yet quiet apartment in the Reiherstiegviertel (Wilhelmsburg) as I am traveling. I am looking for a reliable person or a couple (shared flat rather unsuitable due to the division into living room and bedroom).

The apartment is available from the beginning of November until the end of March. It is bright, cozy and minimally furnished. There is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (tatami mats & futon) and a closet. The spacious living room offers plenty of room, a small reading corner and a large dining table/desk. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with access to the balcony and a bathroom with a window and rain shower. Everything is friendly, bright and comfortably furnished.

Renovation work is currently being carried out around the house, as a result of which scaffolding is affecting the light conditions and making the balcony inaccessible. However, the work is in its final phase and the property management expects the scaffolding to be removed from mid to late November. The work is no longer acoustically disruptive.
