die schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung eignet für 1 Person oder ein Paar. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, einen Balkon, ein köeines Badezimmer und eine Küche mit Arbeitstisch fürs Home Office.
Alle Möbel, Geräte und das Küchenequipment bleibt in der Wohnung. Es muss also nichts mitgebracht werden.
Haustiere sond nicht erlaubt und ebenso leine Hauspartys (natürlich könnt ihr aber Besuch einladen)!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und ist mit der S1 Friedrichsberg und U1 Strassburger Str sehr gut angebunden. Supermaekte und alles was man braucht ist direkt in der Naehe.
Die Daten sind ebenfalls flexibel (+/- 3-5 Tage), was wir dann bei der Besichtigung besprechen können. Der Mietpreis beläuft sich auf einen Preis pro Monat. Für den gesamten Zeitraum ist die Miete 1316 EUR.

the beautiful 2 room apartment is suitable for 1 person or a couple. There are 2 rooms, a balcony, a small bathroom and a kitchen with a work table for home office.
All furniture, appliances and kitchen equipment stay in the apartment. So you don't have to bring anything with you.
Pets are not allowed and neither are house parties (but of course you can invite visitors)!
The apartment is on a quiet street and is very well connected with the S1 Friedrichsberg and U1 Strassburger Str. Supermarkets are just around the corner.
The dates are also flexible (+/- 3-5 days), which we can then discuss during the viewing. The price per month is 1200 EUR, the whole period is 1316 EUR.
