This flat is very nice, bright, and cozy in Buchholz-Roderbruch and very close to MHH. The tram station is 3 min away on foot and there are several buses stations close by. The flat is well kept, clean and with a lot of space. Additionally there is a big balcony facing south for nice summer barbecues. There are a lot of different shops, supermarkets, banks etc. around the corner at Roderbruchmarkt.
The tenant should ideally look for a furnished apartment and a fully furnished kitchen. Both could be taken over from me for a negotiable amount of money. The furniture includes a whole kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven. Besides that there is a big cupboard, a sofa bed, a glass sofa table and a few other stuffs. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a connection for a washing machine. Moreover there is also a small storage room inside the flat and a cellar outside the flat. If you are interested in the flat please call me or write me an email and we can make an appointment for you to have a look at the flat. The candidate should be interested in moving in at the beginning of April or earlier.
