Hallo zusammen,
Ich werde den Rest meiner Anzeige auf Englisch verfassen, aber Sie können gerne auf Deutsch antworten.
We are looking for someone (could be a couple) to sublet our flat from October 15th through January 15th 2025, the dates are a bit flexible (for instance 1st of January would be fine too). At least two months would be great, no less. We have a beautiful sunny "Altbau" flat in Linden Mitte, steps from the Nieschlagstr. tram stop. There is also a spacious deck terrace. We will use one of the rooms to store our things in and will leave some storage space for you in the room as well, so you will mostly be enjoying a sunny bedroom, a beautiful living room and an eat in kitchen. The flat is minimally but tastefully furnished, the bed is 140cm and the eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. Linens can also be included if needed.
The apartment is light filled and will be a sweet retreat as the days get shorter and darker.
Please write a message telling us a bit about yourself. We are currently working in Bielefeld so viewings can be scheduled but our capacity will be a bit limited.
