The apartment is characterized by its location, as the Limmer street, which is right around the corner, offers good shopping and a variety of gastronomy and individual retail shops. The connection of public transport is also great, you drive by train or bus 10-15 minutes and is directly at the main station. Also for students, the university is easily accessible by bike.

The apartment itself offers an extremely quiet sound scene, as it is located to the courtyard to the rear. The neighbors are extremely pleasant, occasionally there are smaller companies, such as a court party. It is a very solidarity neighborhood and with needed help, there is always support.
There is the possibility to park in the courtyard, but only after consultation with the landlords or the respective tenants of the parking spaces

The apartment offers a wooden floor which I have renewed in the front area of the apartment, as well as a brand new kitchen with large sink, induction stove, oven and large refrigerator. Through an intermediate passage you enter the rear area of the apartment which is divided into two rooms, one of which houses the bed and the second can be used as a living/working room. The bathroom is located between the kitchen and the first room and offers a shower and sink.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ihre Lage aus, denn die Limmer-Straße, welche direkt um die Ecke ist, bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielzahl an Gastronomie und individuelle Einzelhandelsgeschäfte. Die Anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls super, man fährt mit der Bahn oder Bus 10-15 Minuten und ist direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Ebenso für Studenten ist die Universität mit dem Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung an sich bietet eine extrem ruhige Geräuschkulisse, da sie zum Innenhof nach hinten gelegen ist. Die Nachbarn sind extrem angenehm, gelegentlich gibt es kleinere Unternehmungen, wie z.B. eine Hofparty. Es ist eine sehr solidarische Nachbarschaft und bei benötigter Hilfe, gibt es immer Unterstützung.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Innenhof zu parken, jedoch nur nach Absprache mit den Vermietern bzw. den jeweiligen Mietern der Parkplätze

Die Wohnung bietet insgesamt einen Holzfußboden, den ich im vorderen Bereich der Wohnung erneuert habe, sowie eine nagelneue Küche mit großer Spüle, Induktionsherd, Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Durch einen Zwischengang kommt man in den hinteren Bereich der Wohnung welche sich in zwei Zimmer unterteilt, wobei eines davon das Bett beherbergt und das zweite als Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden kann. Das Badezimmer findet sich zwischen der Küche und dem ersten Zimmer wieder und bietet eine Dusche sowie Waschbecken.
