2-room apartment with balcony near E-Damm to intermediate rental 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon nahe E-Damm zur Zwischenmiete

The beautiful 2-room apartment is located in the Studi-Stadtteil Nordstadt, near a shopping street, the so-called E-Damm. This means that it is both net, because it’s bio market and also rewe reach within a few hundred meters. Drogerie markets, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants and döner-Imbisse are also on foot next door. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a cross street to all these highlights, so it is still super quiet living. Especially since no cars are allowed to drive directly in front of the front door. The windows of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens go out to the courtyard anyway, just like the balcony, so you can enjoy the first sun rays of the year relaxed, because this is by chance also the south side :-)
In the crossroads all can park relatively well by car, otherwise the connection through the tram is also great. In about 3min you will be at the stop "Christuskirche" from there two railway lines will drive directly to the city centre (only 2 stations). There is also a bus that goes to the popular Linden scene district.
In short, you are not lacking anything here:-)

Die wunderschöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im Studi-Stadtteil Nordstadt, unweit einer Einkaufsmeile, dem sogenannten E-Damm. Das heißt, es ist sowohl Netto, Denn´s Biomarkt und auch Rewe in wenigen hundert Metern zu erreichen. Auch Drogeriemärkte, Apotheken, Cafés und Restaurantes und Döner-Imbisse findet man ebnso fußläufig nebenan. Dennoch liegt die Wohnung in einer Querstraße zu diesen ganzen Highlights, sodass es trotzdem super ruhiges Wohnen ist. Zumal sogar direkt vor der Haustür keine Autos fahren dürfen. Die Fenster von Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küchen gehen ohnehin zum Innenhof heraus, genauso wie der Balkon, dort kann man also ganz entspannt die ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Jahres genießen, denn das ist zufällig auch die Süd-Seite :-)
In den Querstraßen können alle mit Auto relativ gut parken, ansonsten ist die Anbindung durch die Stadtbahn auch super. In ca. 3min ist man an der Haltestelle "Christuskirche" von dort fahren zwei Bahnlinien direkt ins Stadtzentrum (sind auch nur 2 Stationen). Einen Bus, der ins beliebte Szene-Stadtteil Linden fährt, gibt es von dort ürbigens auch.
Kurz gesagt: dir mangelt es hier an nichts :-)

The price includes all the costs you need for life: all the rent (including additional costs), just like electricity & gas, and the internet. So you don't have to worry about anything else and you can just move in :-)

The apartment must not be smoked. There is a balcony for this.


It would be important to note that a deposit of one month's rent will be paid to you.

If you're looking for a longer period of time, I can get you to a friend who already rents her apartment right around the corner from March. A small move at the beginning of May would not be a problem at all.
On the other hand, a later rental start from mid-May can also be negotiated.

Im Preis sind bereits alle Kosten enthalten, die man zum Leben braucht: Die ganze Miete (inkl. Nebenkosten), genauso wie Strom & Gas, und Internet. Du musst dich also um nichts weiter kümmern und kannst einfach einziehen :-)

In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden. Dafür gibt es einen Balkon.


Wichtig wäre noch zu beachten, dass noch eine Kaution in Höhe einer Monatsmiete auf dich zukommt.

Wenn du für einen längeren Zeitraum suchst, kann ich dich an eine Freundin vermitteln, die schon ab März ihre Wohnung direkt um die Ecke untervermietet. Ein kleiner Umzug Anfang Mai wäre dann überhaupt kein Problem.
Andersrum ist auch ein späterer Mietbeginn ab Mitte Mai verhandelbar.
