Suche gemütliche, kleine Wohnung

Dear owners,

my name is Christian, I am 36 years old and I have lived in Hanover for seven years. I came here for my second studies in photojournalism & documentary photography. Over the years, I have learned to appreciate the high quality of life of Hanover and am now well connected in the region. I work as an independent photographer and scientific assistant at the Hanover University.

At the moment I live in a WG in the North City. Living together with my roommates has always worked well. However, I would like to see a little more private living space. I care about cleanliness, a friendly way of dealing with other housers and respectful communication with my landlords.

I'm non-smoker, have no pets, I'm trying to make a healthy lifestyle, true night rest and pay my rent always on time.

My future apartment should not exceed a rental price of 500 Euro (warm). A kitchen is not a must, as I am usually on the way during the day anyway. There is a plus point for wooden flooring.

Liebe VermieterInnen, 

ich heiße Christian, bin 36 Jahre alt und lebe seit sieben Jahren in Hannover. Hergekommen bin ich ursprünglich für mein Zweitstudium in Fotojournalismus & Dokumentarfotografie. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich die hohe Lebensqualität von Hannover zu schätzen gelernt und bin inzwischen auch beruflich recht gut in der Region vernetzt. Ich arbeite als selbstständiger Fotograf und wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Hochschule Hannover.

Momentan wohne ich noch in einer WG in der Nordstadt. Das Zusammenleben mit meinen MitbewohnerInnen hat immer gut funktioniert. Perspektivisch wünsche ich mir jedoch etwas mehr privaten Wohnraum. Wichtig sind mir im Wohnalltag Sauberkeit, ein freundlicher Umgang mit anderen Hausbewohnern und eine respektvolle Kommunikation mit meinen Vermietern.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, habe keine Haustiere, bin um einen gesunden Lebensstil bemüht, wahre die Nachtruhe und zahle meine Miete immer pünktlich.

Meine zukünftige Wohnung sollte einen Mietpreis von 500 Euro (warm) nicht übersteigen. Eine Küche ist kein Muss, da ich tagsüber ohnehin meist unterwegs bin. Einen Pluspunkt gibt’s für Holzdielenboden.
