Young couple (30, 34) looking for 3-4 room apartment in Linden-Nord and surroundings

We are looking for a common, long-term apartment as fresh starters in the IT sector.

We wish you a quiet, spacious apartment with place to cook, relax and for the days at home office.
Ideal would be 4 rooms from 75sqm, 3 rooms would also be conceivable. Especially great would be a large kitchen and a balcony, like from the 1st floor.

As a location, Linden-Nord would be our favorite, as the district has recently become our home and we have family, friends and sports together. We are also open to Calenberger Neustadt, Linden-Mitte, Herrenhausen, Limmer and the North City.

We are flexible for the entry date.
