Love all,
After several years in different WGs, we would like to move together and look for a bright apartment with 2 to 3 rooms up to max. 950€ warm. We, Alina (25) and Michel (23), currently both live in Linden-Nord and feel so comfortable here that we also want to stay in Linden-Nord or at least close. :
We both study (Bachelor Business Administration and Master Economics) and work in an indefinite manner as a working student.
Our parents are also ready to sign a rental guarantee for us.
It would be nice if the apartment has a balcony and a kitchen is already installed, but it is not a must. It is not intended to keep animals and we are both non-smoking.
We are also flexible with regard to the intake date. Schufa (request now) , certificate of income and certificate of rent are available.
If you have an apartment you want to rent, we would be happy to receive a message and a sightseeing opportunity!
