Ich suche für mich ein kleines nettes Appartment bzw. kleine Wohnung. Sie sollte in einem guten Zustand sein, da ich sehr ordnungsliebend bin. Der Fußboden sollte möglichst aus Parkett/Laminat oder Fliesen sein. Mir sind eine EBK, Stellplatz und nähe zur Innenstadt wichtig.
