this is full furnished room, there is bus station near apartment.
there is one refrigerator, two tables, and kitchen.
there are two rooms. one is dining and another is living.
there would not be a problem about wide of room for one person.
the view from this room is amazing.

I speak middle level of English and native Japanese.
But you can talk with landlord in German language.
