First shared apartment

Dear landlord,

we are Lea and Moritz, both 28, and from 01.03.2025 looking for our first common apartment. After we have been doing a remote relationship for over three years, we look forward to finally being able to move together as Moritz will start a job at KIT.

In short:
Moritz graduated from the University of Hanover and is currently working at the Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgart in the field of robotics. He begins to work as a scientific assistant at KIT on 01.04.25.
Lea is a civil and environmental engineer and has also studied in Hanover. After her studies, she worked for some time in construction monitoring. After this time, however, she wanted to reorientate herself a bit and is currently in the training as a carpenter in Karlsruhe.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a beautiful and bright 2.5 to 3 room apartment. With regard to the situation, we would be delighted to have an apartment that allows both KIT and the North City to be easily reached by bicycle.
