At the beginning of his dual studies at the company Siemens from September 2025 I am looking for an attractive apartment for my son from July 2025 with good access to his training places by the public authorities.
During his studies (electric and information technology) he will receive a fixed monthly salary, we as parents will also support him financially and will also be happy to provide a guarantee / deposit. We're dipl. Engineer or med. Secretary working for years.

In his free time, our son places a lot of emphasis on undisturbed work and learning, good self-cooked food and cultural entertainment such as musical, theatre, museum visits and the like.

Zum Beginn seines  dualen Studiums bei der Firma Siemens ab September 2025 suche ich für meinen Sohn ab Juli 2025 eine ansprechende Wohnung mit guter Erreichbarkeit seiner Ausbildungsorte durch den ÖPNV.
Während seines Studiums (Elektro- plus Informationstechnik) wird er ein festes monatliches Gehalt beziehen, desweiteren werden wir als Eltern ihn finanziell unterstützen und auch gerne eine Bürgschaft/Kaution zur Verfügung stellen. Wir sind als Dipl. Ingenieur bzw. med. Sekretärin  in jahrelanger Festanstellung berufstätig.

In seiner Freizeit legt unser Sohn sehr viel Wert auf ungestörtes Arbeiten und Lernen, gutes selbstgekochtes Essen und kulturelle Unterhaltung wie Musical, Theater, Museumsbesuche und dergleichen.
