I'm 25 years old, a dentist, looking for a 1.5-3 room apartment for me alone. I don't have any pets, I'm quiet and I put a lot of emphasis on order and cleanliness. By a steady income, but regular and punctual rental at no time a problem.
I was born in Karlsruhe and grew up in the Palatinate, so that I would rather find a long-term apartment here and not just for the intermediate rent.

Ich bin 25 Jahre alt, Zahnärztin und suche eine 1,5 - 3 Zimmerwohnung für mich alleine. Ich habe keine Haustiere, bin ruhig und lege viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Durch ein stetiges Einkommen, sond regelmäßige und pünktliche Mietzahlungen zu keinem Zeitpunkt ein Problem.
Ich bin in Karlsruhe geboren und in der Pfalz aufgewachsen, sodass ich eher langfristig eine Wohnung hier suche und nicht nur zur Zwischenmiete.
