Hey, ich bin Julian. Da ich im Juni und Juli nicht in Koblenz sein werde, biete ich meine Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist mit 84 qm (4 Zimmern + Bad & Gäste-WC) sehr groß und geräumig und on top noch sehr gemütlich.
Zu meinem Einzug vor 3 Jahren wurde die Wohnung frisch saniert und ist dementsprechend gepflegt und sauber.
Die Lage ist top, mit dem Bus (2 min Fußweg) ist man in 20 Minuten in der Stadt.
Mit dem Zug (5 min Fußweg) sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Bis zur Uni braucht man nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Rewe Getränkemarkt und 5 Minuten weiter ein normaler Rewe.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und das Einzugs/ -Auszugssatum ist relativ flexibel.
