Hallo Wohnungs- bzw. WG-suchender,
da ich und mein Mitbewohner zum 1. September ausziehen, such wir einen bzw. zwei Nachfolger für unsere super Wohnung in der Kölner Südstadt. Ich trenne mich nur schweren Herzens, aber da ich einen Job in München gefunden habe, bin ich mehr oder weniger gezwungen diese aufzugeben.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern (je 24 und 18 qm) + Bad mit Dusche, zwei (!) Wschbecken und Badewanne, Flur, Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und Abstellraum. Daneben gibt es einen Keller und einen Garagenstellplatz (Luxus pur für Köln Innenstadt!).
Übrigens, unser bzw. dein/euer zukünftiger Vermieter ist super locker und lädt auch öters zu seinen Kunstveranstaltungen ein. Das nur am Rande ;)
** Hey guys, since me and my roommate are leaving, we are looking for our successors to take over our beautiful apartment in the southside of the Colone downtown area. It pains me to leave the apartment behind, but since I found an awesome job in Munich, I am forced to.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms (24 and 18 sq meters) + bathroom with a shower, two (!) sinks and bathtub, kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, corridor space and a storage room. Furthermore, it comes with a basement and even an own parking spot in the basement of the house (pure luxury in Cologne downtown).
By the way, our landlord is super awesome and chill and will probably invite you to some of his art-gallery opening, which he organises, just as a side note ;)
Die Wohnung liegt am Sachsenring 22 in der Kölner Südstadt genau zwischen den Bahnstationen Chlodwigplatz und Ulrepforte. Man wohnt also sehr zentral und braucht nur 2min zu Fuß zur Linie 15 und 16. Diese Linien fahren durch die komplette Innenstadt Kölns, man braucht also nicht umsteigen, wenn man einkaufen oder feiern gehen möchte. Die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof/Dom dauert ca. 15 min. Die Wohnung sitzt im erhöhtem Erdgeschoss und liegt zur Straße hin.
Wer sich in Köln auskennt, wird diese Lage sehr zu schätzen wissen. Besonders FH und KISD Studenten werden sich freuen, da deren Studienstätten nur 10 - 15 Gehminuten entfernt, gleich hinter dem Chlodwigplatz.
Die Miete (warm) beträgt pro Monat 920€ (warm) + Internet bzw. 470€ (warm) je Person + Internet (wenn, man eine WG gründen möchte).
** The apartment is located at Sachsnering 22 in the Cologne souther district between the train stops Chlodwigplatz and Ulrepforte. You live very central and the train lines 15 and 16 are just 2 min. walk away. Those lines go all the way through Downtown, so you don't need to switch trains, if youwant to go out. The train ride to the Central Station/Dom takes approx. 15 min. The apartment is on a raised ground floor facing the street.
People who have been in Cologne will appreciate the location. Especially students from the FH and KISD are gonna be happy, since their respective Departments are only 10 - 15 min walking distance away.
The total rent per month is 920€/month + Internet or 470€/person + Internet, in case you would move in with a roommate.
