Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei identische Zimmer (ca. 20qm) und eine große Wohnküche, ist somit optimal WG-geeignet.
Das Bad hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne.
Der Flur ist sehr geräumig und auch hier befindet sich ein Fenster. Die gesamte Wohnung ist hell und gepflegt. In der kompletten Wohnung (außer im Bad) ist Laminat verlegt.
Die Constantinstr. liegt zwischen Deutzer Bahnhof und Lanxess-Arena mit Anbindungen an Regionalbahnen und Straßenbahnlinien 1,9,3,4 und 7.
Kölner Dom bzw. Hbf sind zu Fuß in zehn min. zu erreichen.
Eine Parallelstraße entfernt befindet sich die Deutzer Freiheit mit aller Art von Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie zahlreichem Gastronomieangebot.
Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für diese Wohnung, weil wir Eltern geworden sind und ein Zimmer mehr brauchen. Wir haben uns hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt auch, weil die Nachbarn nett und unkompliziert sind.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerabteil von ca. 8qm.
Beheizt wird die Wohnung mit Gas. Die Gastherme wurde erst letztes Jahr erneuert.
