Ich tausche meine geliebte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in bester Lage in Sülz nur gegen eine größere Wohnung.
Daher nur melden, wenn deine Wohnung min. 3 Zimmer hat eine ähnlich zentrale Lage.

Nun zu meiner Wohnung: Das größere Zimmer hat eine Küche und geht zu einer sehr ruhigen Strasse raus. Das andere Zimmer nutze ich aktuell als Schlafzimmer und hat einen Balkon.

Die anderen Mieter im Haus sind zwischen 20-30 Jahren und super nett, sodass im Sommer auch mal in unserem Gemeinschaftsgarten gegrillt wird.

Die Wohnung liegt in Sülz mit direkten Anbindungen (18 und 9). Es gibt viele Cafés, Restarants und ein gutes Sportangebot, besonders für alle Urban Sports Nutzer:innen. Unter 5-10 Min. Fussweg ist ein Rewe, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Edeka etc. gut zu erreichen.
