1,5-Zimmer Wohnung als Untermiete

Guten Tag :)

Mich treibt es raus aus Leipzig für ein Praktikum anderswo, wodurch die Wohnung für erstmal mindestens 6 Monate zur Zwischenmiete freisteht. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr cool geschnitten. Sie hat eine große Küche, wo mindestens 6 Leute Platz nehmen können (sobald der Tisch ausgezogen ist ;) ) und ein größeres Zimmer, welches durch eine nicht durchgezogene Wand unterteilt ist, was den Raum praktisch in ein Schlafbereich und ein Wohnbereich unterteilt.

Die Wohnung selber ist 52 Quadratmeter groß und möbliert. Dies ist auch wichtig so, da ich wieder zurückkomme und die Wohnung nur als Zwischenmiete abgegeben wird. Natürlich kann Deko und alles aufgehangen, Pflanzen mitgebracht und seine eigene Individualität ausgelebt werden, jedoch bleiben die Möbel und werden nicht ausgetauscht.

Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, setze ich den Besitz einer Haftpflichtversicherung voraus!

Die Kaltmiete ist 440€, die Betriebskosten sind 120€, dazu kommen noch Öko-Stromkosten (36€), Internet (35€) und GEZ-Gebühren (18€) hinzu.

I'm leaving Leipzig for an internship elsewhere, which means that the apartment is available for interim rent for at least 6 months. The apartment itself has a very cool layout. It has a large kitchen, where at least 6 people can sit (once the table is pulled out ;) ) and a larger room, which is divided by a non-continuous wall, which practically divides the room into a sleeping area and a living area.

The apartment itself is 52 square meters and furnished. This is also important as I will be returning and the apartment is only being handed over as a temporary rental. Of course you can hang up decorations and everything, bring plants and live out your own individuality, but the furniture will stay and will not be exchanged.

As this is an interim rental, I require you to have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung)!

The basic rent is 440€, the operating costs are 120€, plus eco-electricity costs (36€), internet (35€) and GEZ fees (18€).
