Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Reudnitz für 3 Monate von Juli - September 2025.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 750 EUR (inkl. aller Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Strom, WLAN etc.).
Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig geschnitten und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Es wird möbliert vermietet und die gesamte Ausstattung kann genutzt werden.
Räume: ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 180x200) und ein Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche, sowie Flur und Bad.
Über die Straßenbahn Linie 4 und den S Bahnhof Stötteritz besteht eine super Anbindung und man kommt eigentlich überall in Leipzig schnell hin. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Rooms: bedroom (bed 180x200) and a living room with adjoining kitchen, as well as a hallway and bathroom.
The tram line 4 and the S-Bahn Stötteritz station provide excellent connections and you can get anywhere in Leipzig quickly. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance.
