Cozy flat in Linz city center, fully furnished, with garden. Subrent until ~ end of 2025

I am subletting my beautiful flat in Linz (city center) from February / March on until ~ the end of 2025 (exact date can be agreed on depending on needs) as I am planning to travel to India and Uzbekistan for a few months.

The flat has 75 m2, distributed into the following:

- Big Entrance
- Bathroom (with bathtub! ;)
- Kitchen
- 3 more rooms (note that one of them is a „Durchgangszimmer“ meaning that in order to reach the third room you have to pass through the second)
- There is also a big garden that you can use

The distribution is suitable to make a shared flat (at the moment there is only one bed here though) or also perfect for a couple.

The rent – everything included (gas, electricity, wifi) – would be € 850,- for one person or € 900,- for two people.

Important: The flat is fully furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. You can use everything as if it was yours but it is important to me that you take good care of the things and keep the flat tidy, clean and in good conditions. I would like to meet you and get to know you a little bit before agreeing on anything.
