Hi there!
Currently I am living in a flat in the heart of Lisbon with 3 flatmates. We live in the same flat for over 3 years now and just got a new contract for 3 more years (possibility to extend). Since I want to move back to Berlin next year (flexible dates) I am looking for a house swap (min. 2 bedrooms) in Berlin. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 tiny spare room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a very quiet street but still super central. In 5 walking minutes you find several supermarkets, as well a lot of minimarkets right in the same street. The metro station as well as several bus stops are 3 minutes away but you can reach everything here in Lisbon in walking distance from the flat.
Also I am quite flexible with the dates but I would prefer a longterm flat swap.
