Nachmeiter : Zwei zimmer Wohnung mit Toll Aussicht Auf Rhein für 1/2 Personen

Angeboten wird eine Wohnung in hervorragender Lage im 12 Erdgeschoss. Leider muss ich die Wohnung wegen meiner Arbeit verlassen. Sie bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Rhein und liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Mannheimer Zentrum entfernt. In 1 Minute erreicht man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermärkte wie Netto und Lidl.

Der Nachmieter muss eine Ablöse von 1.000 Euro zahlen sowie drei Gehaltsabrechnungen und einen Arbeitsvertrag vorlegen. Eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft ist von Vorteil. Nur mit zu mir vollständiger Zahlung und allen erforderlichen Unterlagen kann ich den Nachmieter dem vermieter für die Wohnung vorschlagen. Miete startet ab dem 1. August, spätestens ab dem 15. August 2024.

Leider ist der Laminatboden nicht in gutem Zustand, was auch im Vertrag vermerkt ist.

Küche sollte euch übernommen werden,inklusive in ablöse

Sollten die Schränke in der Wohnung verbleiben, müssen diese vom Nachmieter übernommen werden. Aufgrund der vielen Anfragen kann es zu Verzögerungen bei der Rückmeldung kommen. Besichtigungstermine sind aufgrund meiner Arbeit leider nicht flexibel.

Kaution könnte auf 3 Raten bezhalt werden. 500 - 500 - 500, Also auf drei Monaten

Warm Miete ist Zwischen 710-730 euro monatlich- Heizung ist inklusiv (Die Heizkosten steigen nicht, auch wenn sie mehr genutzt wird).

An apartment in a prime location in the 12th district is available. Unfortunately, I have to leave the apartment due to work. It offers a beautiful view of the Rhine and is only 5 minutes from the center of Mannheim. Public transportation and supermarkets like Netto and Lidl are just 1 minute away.

The new tenant must pay me a 1,000 Euro transfer fee and provide evidence of three payslip (Lohnabrechnung)and an employment contract. A Schufa (request now) credit report is a plus. Only with full payment and all required documents can I propose the new tenant to the landlord for the apartment , to start renting from August 1st, or at the latest, August 15th.

Unfortunately, the laminate flooring is not in good condition, which is noted in the contract.

If the wardrobes remain in the apartment, they must be taken over by the new tenant. Due to the high number of inquiries, there may be delays in responses. Viewing appointments are not flexible due to my work schedule.

The deposit can be paid in three installments of 500 Euros each over three months.

The rent, including heating, is between 710-730 Euros per month. The heating costs do not increase with higher usage.
