The Lindenhof is known for its peaceful and green surroundings. The Rhine and the Rhine promenade are just a short walk away and offer wonderful opportunities for outdoor leisure activities. The city park is also in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest railway station is 3 minutes away. You can reach the main train station in just 10 minutes on foot and the city centre in 15 minutes. Shops, cafés, restaurants and all important facilities are nearby.
Die Wohnung ist ab Mitte September verfügbar und wird für ungefähr 4 Monate untervermietet. Bei konkreten Daten bin ich noch flexibel, wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung! Es wäre mir wichtig, dass die/der neue Mieter/in die Wohnung pfleglich behandelt und sich liebevoll um meine Pflanzen kümmert :)
The flat is available from mid-September and will be sublet for about 4 months. I am still flexible when it comes to specific dates, we will definitely find a solution! It would be important to me that the new tenant treats the flat with care and takes good care of my plants :)
