Hallo :)
wir vermieten unsere schöne, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung in der Mannheimer Neckarstadt unter - die Daten sind etwas flexibel und könnten noch ein wenig angepasst werden.
Die Wohnung ist mit 2 Betten, Schränken, Schreibtisch, Kommode und diversen weiteren Möbeln ausgestattet. Neben einem modernen Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner, die Küche ist sehr neu und hat alles, was man nur brauchen könnte, inklusive Spülmaschine. Sogar ein Balkon gehört zur Wohnung!
Der Preis ist inklusive allem: Strom, Wasser, Internet; Gema und was sonst noch so anfällt - Handtücher und Bettbezüge sind ebenfalls vorhanden!

We´re subletting our beautiful and fully furnished apartment in Mannheim Neckarstadt - The dates are flexible and could be slightly adjusted.
The apartment is equipped with 2 beds, wardrobes, desk, shelf and various other mobiliar. The bathroom is very modern and there is also a washing maschine and a dryer. Likewise the kitchen is very new and fully equipped, including a dish washer. There is even a balcony!
The price is all-inclusive: electricity, water, internet, Gema and anything else - towels and bed sheets are also there!
The apartment is super nicely located - close to everything and still very quiet in a back house. The tram is just 2 minutes away and also supermarkets, kiosks and various restaurants are right around the corner. If you take two more minutes, you will get to the green shore of the Neckar, which is perfect for picnicing, jogging or meeting friends in the evening.
To the Jungbusch (Party-Viertel) and the squares (purchasing mile) there are about 10-15 minutes on foot and by bike you can easily get anywhere. Free parking is available around the apartment.
The apartment has a great location - close to everything, yet very quiet. The tram station is just 2 Minutes away and right around the corner supermarkets, Kiosks and a big variety of restaurants can be found. Walking two more minutes, there is the "Neckar", a nice river that invites for a walk, a hang out with friends or going for a run next to it.
Jungbusch (party area) and Qudrate (main shopping area) are a 10-15 minute walk distance and by bike everything is easily reachable. Free parking lots can be found all around the apartment.
