Hello my name is Luana Werner.
I'm looking for a nice little apartment in Mannheim. I am a lecturer at the Hochschule Mannhein, Faculty of Computer Science. I'm looking for affordable (best but no need, old building) apartment with balcony, ideally 2 rooms and a kitchen in which a table finds place. The warm rental should keep the qm in the course of about 10€. Also welcome offers such as "Wohnen gegen Hilfe" in the sense of going shopping once a week or babysitting.
