I'm looking for affordable (best but no need, old building) apartment with balcony, ideally 2 rooms and a kitchen in which a table finds place. The warm rental should keep the qm in the course of about 10€. Also welcome offers such as "Wohnen gegen Hilfe" in the sense of going shopping once a week or babysitting. Ich suche nach einer netten kleinen Wohnung in Mannheim. Ich bin Dozentin an der Hochschule Mannhein, Fakultät Informatik. Ich suche nach bezahlbaren (am besten aber kein muss, Altbau-) Wohnung mit Balkon, im Idealfall 2 Zimmer und einer Küche, in der ein Tisch platz findet. Die Warmmiete sollte sich im Rahmen von ca.10€ den qm halten. Gerne auch Angebote, wie "Wohnen gegen Hilfe" im Sinne von ein mal die Woche Einkaufen gehen oder Babysitten.
