Mein Name ist Nikita Goel, ich bin 25 Jahre alt und arbeite seit Oktober 2024 als Doktorand am Max-Planck-Institut in Marburg. Ich wohne derzeit vorübergehend in einem Studio-Apartment, das mir mein Arbeitgeber zur Verfügung stellt, und suche eine langfristige Unterkunft.

Ich suche eine Wohnung für mich. Möbliert oder teilmöbliert wäre toll, ist aber kein Muss. Ich lege Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Ich bevorzuge eine ruhige Umgebung und verspreche, Ihnen das Gleiche zu bieten. Ich bin verantwortungsbewusst und habe ein stabiles finanzielles Einkommen.

Ich bin Nichtraucher, habe keine Haustiere und könnte jederzeit zwischen Dezember und März umziehen.

My name is Nikita Goel, I am 25 years old, working as a Doctoral Researcher at the Max Plank Institute in Marburg since October 2024. I am currently living in a studio apartment provided by my employer temporarily and I am finding a long term accommodation.

I am looking for an apartment for myself. Furnished or partially furnished would be great, but it is not a must. I value cleanliness and order. I prefer a peaceful environment and promise to provide you the same. I am responsible and have a stable financial income.

I am a non-smoker, have no pets and could move anytime between December to March.
