WG-Zimmer in München: Nachmieter ab März 2025 gesucht!

Hallo, ich bin Erasmus-Student und suche jemanden, der ab März 2025 meinen Platz in dieser WG übernimmt. Das Geschlecht und das Alter sind egal – wichtig ist nur, dass du gut in die WG passt!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer tollen Lage, in der Nähe von Bushaltestellen und Straßenbahnstationen, mit denen du bequem ins Stadtzentrum fahren kannst.

Die WG besteht aus 5 Zimmern, die jeweils ca. 10 m² groß sind. Es gibt zwei Bäder:

-Ein Bad mit einer Dusche und einem Waschbecken.
-Ein separates WC in einem anderen Raum.
-Die Wohnung hat außerdem eine gemütliche Küche (ca. 5 m²) und einen kleinen Balkon (ca. 2,75 m²). (siehe Foto)

Mindestvertragslaufzeit: 6 Monate

Hello, I'm an Erasmus student and I'm looking for someone to take over my place in this shared flat from March 2025. Gender and age don't matter - the only important thing is that you fit in well with the flat share!

The flat is in a great location, close to bus stops and tram stations that will take you easily into the city centre.

The flat share consists of 5 rooms, each about 10 m² in size. There are two bathrooms:

-A bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
-A separate WC in another room.
-The flat also has a cosy kitchen (approx. 5 m²) and a small balcony (approx. 2.75 m²). (see photos)

Minimum contract period: 6 months
