I rent from 09.02.25 to 23.03.25 my small charming 2-room apartment. This is best equipped, so you can just move in there and feel comfortable. It is very quiet and located in the back building.
From the hallway you enter the small bathroom and the living room. From there it goes down to the kitchen, the balcony and the bedroom. In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine.
In the 980 €/month the NK are included. For the whole period it's 1.700 €. A deposit of 1000, - I would take, in case something takes damage. Of course, you get it back directly after handover.
Located in the beautiful Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. Nice cafes and restaurants are close by. Supermarket and bakery also in a few steps away. The bus stop Schlörstraße is in 2 min, the subway Mailingerstraße in 8 min and the S-Bahn Donnersbergerbrücke in 12 min reach.
