The apartment has a very large hallway, a kitchen, a small bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room. There is also a large conservatory and a large balcony (16sqm each) where you have a view over the whole of Munich. The apartment is on the 7th floor with elevator.
We will sublet the apartment fully furnished.
The apartment is located in Untergiesing, directly ar the Isar, where you can go for a great walk and swim and chill out in summer. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and Candidplatz with the U1 subway and various bus lines is a 5-minute walk away. The city center is about 15 minutes away by bike.
Shopping facilities (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, dm) can be reached on foot within a few minutes.
We have a dog that lives with us. We will clean everything thoroughly, but we will not be able to avoid dog hair 100%.
