Die Miete versteht sich für 30 Tage (1 Monat).
Sie hat ca. 35 m2 mit 4m2 Balkon.
Das Wohnzimmer ist 19 m2 groß und das Schlafzimmer 10 m2. Die Küche und das Bad sind klein aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine und ein Induktionskochfeld und einen kleinen Ofen (der Ofen heizt sich dank der kleinen Größe schnell auf). Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Smeg Kühlschrank.
Im Wohnzimmer ist dann auch ein Schreibtisch falls man im homeoffice arbeiten will - dieser ist höhenverstellbar.

I am renting out my 2 bedroom apartment for the time period as mentioned. The rent is to be viewed per month (30 days).
It has about 35 m2 with 4m2 balcony. The living room is 19 m2 and the bedroom is 10 m2. The kitchen and bathroom are small but very functional. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an induction hob and a small oven (the oven heats up quickly due to its small size). There is a large Smeg fridge in the living room. There is also a desk (adjustable in height) in the living room if you want to work from home.

Du bist direkt an der Tram 27 Haltestelle Ackermannstr. oder U-Bahn Hohenzollernplatz. Der Olympiapark ist in 5 min erreichbar und du kannst daher immer ganz leicht den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Olympiaberg schauen. In 5 min ist ein Edeka, PennyMarkt, ein Rewe und ein Müller erreichbar. In die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15 min, zur Münchner Freiheit sind es 10 min. Mein Fahrrad kann für die Zeit gerne genutzt werden.
EN: you are right at the tram 27 stop: Ackermannstr. or subway Hohenzollernplatz. The Olympic Park can be reached in 5 minutes and you can therefore always easily watch the sunset on the Olympiaberg. Edeka, PennyMarkt, Rewe and Müller can be reached in 5 minutes. It is 15 minutes by bike to the city and 10 minutes to the Münchner Freiheit. I can borrow you my bicycle for the time of the rental.
Ich würde gerne einige Gegenstände in der Wohnung lassen und es nicht komplett ausräumen, ich hoffe das ist kein Problem.
Bitte schreibe mir etwas zu dir. Was führt dich nach München, bist du nur zeitweise hier oder suchst du etwas langfristiges, wie alt bist du, was machst du beruflich?
