My one-room apartment (or 1.5) is located in the Erphoviertel, close to the centre, the main railway station, the city centre and the university can be reached on foot or by bike in a maximum of 10 minutes.
The apartment has two double floor depth windows, making it always bright.
There is also a balcony, a storage room, which can also be used as a walk-in wardrobe, a modern bathroom and a kitchenette incl. Refrigerator.

Shops (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann), gas station, pharmacy, doctors, bus stops and everything you need for life are within walking distance. There are also numerous parking spaces and an underground garage belonging to the building. For a few euros you can use the washing machines incl. Use dryers in the washing cellar.

Meine Einzimmerwohnung (bzw. 1,5) liegt im Erphoviertel und damit zentrumsnah, der Hauptbahnhof, Innenstadt und Universität sind zu fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in maximal 10 minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei doppelte bodentiefe Fenster, wodurch sie immer hell ist.
Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, einen Abstellraum, den man auch als begehbaren Kleiderschrank nutzen kann, ein modernes Bad sowie eine Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann), Tankstelle, Apotheke, Ärzte, Bushaltestellen und alles was man zum Leben braucht sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Parkplätze und eine zum Gebäude gehörende Tiefgarage. Für ein paar Euro kann man die Waschmaschinen inkl. Trockner im Waschkeller nutzen.
