The apartment is very centrally located directly on the busy intersection Schlossplatz / Überwasserstraße. It is about 60 square meters. The kitchen has two storage chambers. On the kitchen is a small loggia to the quiet garden. The bathroom is out to the garden and has a window. The other rooms are in front of the Überwasserstraße. In all rooms except the bathroom, a new vinyl floor was laid three years ago.
The pre-renter would like to sell the kitchen including stove, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher for 600 € to the after-renter. He would also like to sell the sideboard for 75 €. However, the takeover of these things is not a prerequisite for the relation of the apartment.
A cellar belongs to the apartment.
Gas and electricity are not included in the additional costs and are charged directly by the tenant with the municipal works.
Located within the promenade, the entire city centre is within walking distance. The Domplatz with 2 x weekly weekly weekly market is only about 7 minutes' walk away. The castle with castle garden and Botanical Garden is a few minutes' walk away. A walk to the aasee takes 10 minutes. Various bus lines run at Schlossplatz and Neutor in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The nearest grocery shops are about a 10-minute walk away.
Since mainly working tenants live in the house, these are preferred.
