We are Daniel (30 yrs) and Jenny (28 yrs) and in search of an apartment, entry is possible from April 2025, but are flexible.

We are looking for an apartment with 3 rooms, close to the centre and not more expensive than approx. 1100 €warm in Münster. Balcony and parking would be great, but we are happy about every offer.

A little more to us:
Daniel is a trained computer scientist and works in an insurance company in Münster and Jenny is a psychology student and soon started training as a psychotherapist, also in Münster.
We are happy to submit the income of Daniel and guarantees from Jenny's parents.
We don't own any pets and we don't smoke.
We are quiet people who like to do sports, go to the city to stroll and drive to nature on the weekend.
Taking into account our fellow human beings, as well as cleanliness and order is very important to both of us so that we feel comfortable. We will care for the apartment as if it were our own and smaller repair work we can also do with a craftsmanship.

wir sind Daniel (30 J.) und Jenny (28 J.) und auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, Einzug ab April 2025 möglich, sind aber flexibel.

Wir suchen eine Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern, gerne zentrumsnah und nicht teurer als ca. 1100€ warm in Münster. Balkon und Stellplatz wären super, wir freuen uns aber über jedes Angebot.

Ein bisschen mehr zu uns:
Daniel ist gelernter Informatiker und arbeitet in einem Versicherungsunternehmen in Münster und Jenny ist Psychologiestudentin und started bald in die Weiterbildung zur Psychotherapeutin, ebenfalls in Münster.
Einkommensbescheide von Daniel und Bürgschaften von Jennys Eltern reichen wir gerne ein.
Wir besitzen keine Haustiere und rauchen auch nicht.
Wir sind ruhige Menschen, die gerne Sport treiben, in die Stadt zum Bummeln gehen und am Wochenende gerne mal in die Natur fahren.
Rücksichtnahme auf unsere Mitmenschen, sowie Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns beiden sehr wichtig, damit wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung werden wir pflegen als wäre sie unsere eigene und kleinere Reparaturarbeiten können wir mit handwerklichem Geschick auch selbst erledigen.
