I'm looking for a friendly and reliable roommate to share this cozy apartment, and I'm looking forward to meeting the person who wants to move in here!.

To make sure everything fits well, I ask you to send me the following documents:

A proof of your financial viability (e.g. account statement or proof of salary).
A short note to the kitchen: at the moment it is still empty, but until February, if you would move in, I will have organized everything. As I take the cost of the kitchen, I would ask you to bring half of it. Of course, we can discuss the details together and find a fair solution.

Please note that the rental contract will be a sub-rental contract between you and me.
