Wir sind eine 3er WG und ziehen nun aus der schönen Wohnung aus, weil wir fertig sind mit dem Studium.
Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die Stadt.
Wir haben hier immer sehr gerne gewohnt, es war immer super ruhig und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Die Wohnung ist in der Neustrelitzer Str. 3 Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, da im 9. Stock mit Aufzug. Bis zur Hochschule sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 9 min durch den Park. Zu Fuß etwas länger. Ansonsten ist die Innenstadt gleich um die Ecke und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vorm Haus (Stellplatz 220€ jährlich)
Die Schwimmhalle ist gleich nebenan.
Wir möchten so schnell wie möglich Nachmieter finden, weil die Wohnung zur Zeit schon leer steht. Gerne Studenten/ Azubis oder Arbeitnehmer.
