Apartment or room sought in 2 WG Wohnung oder Zimmer in 2er WG gesucht

I am Malaika, 22 years old and study economic information at the FAU. Unfortunately I have to move out of my current WG at the end of March, as the landlord sells the apartment.

I am looking for a 1-room apartment in Nuremberg with a maximum heat rental of 450 €. Alternatively, I would also be happy about a quiet, cozy two-wg. I like to have time for myself, but I also like to spend time with my friends.

I'm a relaxed person, like to bake, read in the park and go to the gym regularly.

ich bin Malaika, 22 Jahre alt und studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik an der FAU. Leider muss ich Ende März aus meiner aktuellen WG ausziehen, da der Vermieter die Wohnung verkauft.

Ich suche eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Nürnberg mit einer maximalen Warmmiete von 450€. Alternativ würde ich mich auch über eine ruhige, gemütliche Zweier-WG freuen. Ich mag es Zeit für mich zu haben, aber verbringen auch gerne Zeit mit meine Freunde.

Ich bin eine entspannte Person, backe gerne, lese im Park und gehe regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio.
