Ähnlich wie eine WG - wir teilen uns die Wohnung!
Du hast die Wohnung unter der Woche für dich allein (Sonntag Abend bis Freitag Abend) & immer am Wochenende bin ich (W24) in der Wohnung.
Optimal z.B. wenn du Student*in in Rosenheim bist und am Wochenende selbst "in die Heimat" weg fährst oder ähnliches.
Egal ob du studierend/berufstätig/whatever bist.
Eine Besonderheit hat die Wohnung: ***nur inklusive Katze!*** Wenn du Tierfreund bist hast du jetzt die Chance auf ein Teilzeit-Haustier :D -> der etwas günstigere Preis liegt daran, dass die Katze unter der Woche mitverpflegt werden müsste!
Die Wohnung ist aktuell möbliert und inkl. EBK, kann aber geändert werden.
Vorerst befristet bis 31.08.2025, Konditionen können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen.
