We are looking for (a) new tenant(s) for our amazing apartment in the historical center of St Petersburg (Russia).
It is in an excellent condition, though many vintage details (hardwood floors, doors, stucco ceilings) have been kept and restored. I comes fully furnished and equipped. There are three bedrooms, a spacial living room, a dine-in kitchen and a colorful bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. We prefer to keep one of the bedrooms locked (and full of our stuff), that is why we offer the place as a two-bedroom (3-room) unit.
We would also work with a tenant who needs 1 bedroom only. With some effort 3 bedrooms would work too.
The apartment has many big modern windows into a large yard (no street noise), it is in the 5th floor of a beautiful building of 1913. It is a very charming and cozy place, designed and renovated with much love and much effort.
The rent depends on the number of bedrooms and rental terms.
We would accept rent payments in Euro as a transfer to a bank account in Germany or France or a French check, in USD as a transfer to an US bank account. Payments in rubles are OK as well and to be made to a bank account in Russia.
