Supermarkets are quickly reached: The net is run in one minute, to the Lidl in seven minutes, a rewe is two subway stops away. The next baker is three minutes walk away.

Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG, hat 2,5 Zimmer, beinhaltet eine Einbauküche und ist ein einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Dazu gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil, im kleinen Hinterhof kann man im Sommer draußen essen. Aus dem Fenster kann man den Anfang des Kurparks sehen, man hat also einen schönen grünen Ausblick und es ist generell ruhig.

Die Kaltmiete mit monatlichen Nebenkosten betragen 1060€. Strom, Gas und Internet sind NICHT enthalten, hierfür fallen je nach Anbieter ca. 150€-200€ an.

Anbindung:
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Gnesener Str. ist in zwei Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, von hier aus kommt man mit der U2 direkt in die Innenstadt oder zur S-Bahn Bad Cannstatt.
Parkplätze lassen sich entweder direkt vor der Tür oder in einer der Seitenstraßen (am Kurpark) finden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Supermärkte sind schnell erreicht: Zum Netto ist man in einer Minute gelaufen, zum Lidl in sieben Minuten, ein Rewe ist zwei U-Bahn-Stopps entfernt. Der nächste Bäcker ist drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Umgebung:
