We rent our old home here, that for seven years we have loved to live in ourselves until we became third and the place became ever tighter. The apartment is very bright, spacious and has a great location(see more rider location and other)
It is fully equipped (from coffee cup to to towel) and completely moblated. Internet connection and electricity and gas costs are included in the total price.
The monthly GEZ fees are to be carried. In addition, we recommend to complete a household insurance and a liability insurance independently.

Underground (Bihlplatz) is reachable in five minutes on foot and at night you always come home well because of the railway depot in Südheim.
In a few minutes you are already in the woods, you have a small view of the apartment on it.
Grocery shops, butchers and great places are nearby. If you have time to walk, you will be in a quarter of an hour at the busy Marienplatz and ten minutes later in the city.
Since Heslach (Stuttgart South) is a mixed area, here you meet all kinds of people or stay for yourself. The neighborhood is super nice, open and also very helpful.
Whether at the Bihlplatz in the Brasserie, at the Südheim near the Südheimerfeuer or at the Erwin Schöttle Platz near Fräulein Schmid, here is always cared for body and soul and can also hold a chat with quarter-dwellers.
The apartment is not WG suitable because the passage between living room and bedroom is open.
