S-West: intermediate rental in spring S-West: Zwischenmiete im Frühling

I'm on my way to work in the spring.
I would like to rent my nice, cozy two-room apartment. It would probably be possible until the end of May.

The price is valid for a whole month (including Wlan, electricity, etc.).
So for March it would be half.

There is a separate bedroom, a living and working room, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and hallway, as well as a large balcony.

In my opinion, the apartment would be suitable for one person - or a couple, two people who understand each other well...
She's not fit for the WG, unfortunately.

It would be an ideal transition solution for someone who is looking for a living or is only in Stuttgart for a shorter time.

A few more information:

Daylight bath with tub.

The washing machine is in the kitchen.
There is no dishwasher.

In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed.

Large balcony, close to the forest and city center.

The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped with everything you need, including a height-adjustable desk. This is why it is also ideal for work at the "Homeoffice.".

berufsbedingt bin ich im Frühjahr unterwegs.
Meine schöne, gemütliche Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung möchte ich darum gern untervermieten. Möglich wäre es voraussichtlich auch bis Ende Mai.

Der angegebene Preis gilt für einen ganzen Monat (inklusive Wlan, Strom, etc.).
Für März wäre es also entsprechend die Hälfte.

Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer, sowie Küche, Bad und Flur, ebenso einen großen Balkon.

Geeignet wäre die Wohnung nach meiner Ansicht für eine Person - oder ein Paar, zwei Personen, die sich gut verstehen...
Sie ist nicht WG-tauglich, leider.

Es wäre eine ideale Übergangslösung für jemanden, der gerade auf Wohnungssuche ist oder nur für kürzere Zeit in Stuttgart ist.

Noch ein paar Infos:

Tageslichtbad mit Wanne.

Die Waschmaschine ist in der Küche.
Einen Geschirrspüler gibt es leider nicht.

Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 1,60 Meter breites Bett.

Großer Balkon, Nähe zum Wald und Stadtzentrum.

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, unter anderem mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Darum auch ideal für die Arbeit im "Homeoffice".
