My partner Leon (25) and I, Jessica (26), would like to introduce us as a potential tenant for your apartment in Stuttgart.
A little about us: We have been a couple since January 2023, have lived in our own apartment for several years and now want to move together. My partner is firmly employed as a social media manager and is also independent in the social media sector. I am also employed as a social media manager at an agency. Thanks to our two permanent contracts, we can provide a stable financial situation that allows us to fulfill our rental obligations in the long term and reliably. How are both smokers and have no pets.

Our work as a social media manager has taught us to work structured and organized. These properties are also reflected in our way of life. As a quiet and orderly tenant, we appreciate a well-maintained living environment and respect the privacy of our neighbours.

Ein wenig über uns: Wir sind seit Januar 2023 ein Paar, haben bereits mehrere Jahre in eigenen Wohnung gewohnt und möchten nun zusammenziehen. Mein Partner ist fest als Social Media Manager angestellt und nebenher im Social Media Bereich selbstständig. Ich bin bei einer Agentur ebenfalls als Social Media Managerin angestellt. Dank unserer beiden unbefristeten Arbeitsverträge können wir eine stabile finanzielle Situation vorweisen, die es uns ermöglicht, unsere Mietverpflichtungen langfristig und zuverlässig zu erfüllen. Wie sind beides Nichraucher und haben auch keine Haustiere.

Unsere Arbeit als Social Media Manager hat uns gelehrt, strukturiert und organisiert zu arbeiten. Diese Eigenschaften spiegeln sich auch in unserer Lebensweise wider. Als ruhige und ordnungsliebende Mieter schätzen wir ein gepflegtes Wohnumfeld und respektieren die Privatsphäre unserer Nachbarn.
